An extraordinarily rare cherry lambic from one of Belgium’s most sought-after small spontaneous-fermentation producers. Rich, tart cherry character is layered with soft vanilla, gentle oak, and elegant wild-fermentation complexity. Lush yet refined, with vibrant acidity and a long, beautifully balanced finish. Scarce even in Belgium and exceptionally rare on draft. Boerenerf specializes in small-batch, spontaneously fermented beers and limited releases from its historic Sollenberg farm in the Pajottenland.
