Beer Description
When in doubt, walk. When we teamed up with Westkill for the first half of our collab, we decided to put our best foot forward. How about an IPA that supports local, tastes amazing, and combines the aspects of what we both love in hoppy beer? Yeah, that seems like the right way to go.
Ingredient Spotlight:
NYS IPA featuring New York ingredients, including some really great newer hops called Vista and Mackinac. One key to these great NY hops is that they were created in open source breeding programs, meaning they are free to be grown by anyone, anywhere. So we can grow delicious, juicy hops right here in New York State.
Tasting Notes:
Dank hop candy, bright citrus, and lush tropical notes of pineapple and mango permeate through the flavor and aroma of this smooth and soft IPA
