“Cafe au Mole” is a coffee cream ale brewed with a coarse ground blend from our friends at @lunacaffeilm! ☕️ Using a new (to us) extraction process to extract the delicious coffee notes while filtering out any of its astringency, this cream ale has an aroma of a delicious light breakfast of a creamy latte and a piece of toast. The flavor is bright and sweet with a just-roasty-enough bitterness on the finish. A pleasant medium-bodied malt character balances out the other flavors of this delightful cream ale.
