Beer Description
We paired up with our long time buddies Ian and Gene from ISM Brewing in Long Beach, California to bring in a fresh West Coast Double IPA for our anniversary celebration. This one is loaded up with Simcoe and Centennial Cryo on the hot side to lay down a classic resin/pine/grapefruit base and the dry hop is packed with 7lbs per bbl of Simcoe, Nelson T90 and Cryo, Nectaron T90 and Cryo and last but not least, experimental hop NZH106. This one is a pineapple bomb of a beer. Dripping in resin, bright and punchy as all hell. We may have used too many hops in this beer, but hey, itβs an anniversary celebration!
