Beer Description
IPL’s, as they have come to be known, are a twist on the craft classic, IPA. The main difference being that Lager yeast is used as opposed to Ale yeast. Ours is sweet from the use of Munich and C-120 malt and fruity with a clean finish, the calling card of the lager yeast. It’s a deep orange hue with a very apparent floral bouquet from the Summit, Simcoe and Citra hops.
