Beer Description
Tempus is an old world sour saison brewed & blended using the production processes of yesteryear. No two blends will taste exactly the same.
Blend #2 is a blend of young Tempus with 33% oak aged saisons. It is softer in acidity than Blend #1 and has a nice tartness up front followed by notes of apricot, bitter orange peel & oak from the Zinfandel barrels. It finishes dry with a soft oakiness.
