Coffee Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with Dark Matter Coffee. A light and easily drinkable pale with a wonderfully robust coffee flavor.
This collaboration with Chicago-based roasters, Dark Matter Coffee, creates a refreshing pale ale tirelessly infused with coffee. A clean base pale ale allows the coffee to be highlighted in this awesome beer. Two separate additions of coffee create a strong coffee aroma and flavor without compromising the amazing light color of this beer. Graveyard Shift is a (somewhat) annual release with a different bean used each time.
