With Suit & Thai, we thought globally and brewed locally, partnering with Chef Laura Piper of One North Kitchen. This Belgian-style beer has a Thai-inspired twist, blending kaffir leaves, lemon, corriander and Thai chilies into a lightly hopped ale. It’s citrusy, slightly spicy with a hint of heat – complex and bold without overpowering the palette
