Traditionally, this ale’s profile could be summed up as a medium-bodied, pale straw looking, well-carbonated, low bitter beer.
American Cream Ale – the forgotten craft beer. Our cream ale, Hickster, has a light biscuity aroma with a hint of citrus. It is pale-straw and slightly hazy in appearance, with a fluffy white head. This approachable craft beer has a biscuity malt sweetness followed by crisp cracked corn, finishing dry…just begging for another drink. The light corn flavor is directly attributed to the cracked corn we mash-in during the brewing processes. If your palette is exhausted by hop crazy beers and/or just want something clean, refreshing, and malty, then Hickster’s definitely for you.
