A collaboration with Coedo Brewery of Japan. This ones got some awesome hop varieties, Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe and Ales for ALS for dry hopping. Plus theres a thorough dose of yuzu, a citrus variety common in the east, but rather rare around these parts.
