Beer Description
A creamy, full bodied black ale with a silky mouthfeel. Smack in the middle between dry and sweet, this balanced ale offers flavors and aromas of espresso, roasted malt, dark fruit, vanilla bean, bready yeast, and a very mild smokiness. Fermented on a copious amount of dark sweet cherries from oregon. The sugars in the cherries are fermented and the mild fruitiness and delicate complexity hangs in the background.
