Flavor is much more fruit-like forward than expected; canned pineapple, orange zest, juicy grapefruit.
Pours a hazed golden apricot color with a large, dense creamy white head, steady stream of carbonation throughout and a dense wall of lace. Rich aroma, pithy and citrus, grapefruit rind, brett, estery, earthy and generally ‘wild’.
