Beer Description
I am pleased to share with you our Oaked Diabolik Ale. This Belgian-style sour ale is another in our limited-edition series of barrel-aged beers. Brewed with 100% imported German Pilsner malt and Spalt hops, fermented in stainless steel vessels and then aged in oak barrels which lend a complex wild sourness and woody dryness to the palate.
