Beer Description
III (pronounced as โthreeโ) is our hybrid of a Tripel & a Double IPA brewed with brettanomyces. III is brewed with pilsner malt & a touch of unmalted wheat along with copious amounts of hops.
This version of III is a 50/50 blend of young ale & a matured version in Zinfandel barrels. The barrel maturation softens the hop character & brings out notes of peach, apricot & grapefruit.
