Beer Description
This beer is a hybrid of a Belgian-style white ale and an IPA. Sweet orange and bitter orange peel plus some coriander were added to the kettle for an underlying orange spiciness. Some flaked barley and wheat were used as well in this beer to give it some additional cloudiness. A slice of orange served with this beer accents the orange and coriander flavors.
