The Winnower removes the husk of the bean from the cocoa nib and opens the door for flavor collaboration.
This sweet and slightly tart porter is loaded with 1200 pounds of fresh raspberry and 300 pounds of French Broad Chocolates’ Nicaraguan cocoa nibs to replicate some of our favorite Belgian confections.
