Saint Thomas (brewed for our friend Tom Harley of Holland & Harley Construction) is a single hop American IPA showcasing Mosaic Hops from the Yakima Valley in Washington, using all domestic pilsner malt from the Pacific Northwest, and San Diego Super Yeast from White Labs. Big Tropical and citrus notes.
