Beer Description
This time around we went to work with Hanssens Artisanaal. Oudilis is an interpretation of a “Belgian Style Gueuze” with a slight tweak.
The blend is done using 2 year old lambic ale and a “Berliner Weisse” style ale that was aged & soured in Chardonnay barrels from France for 8 months.
