About the brewery
Beer, our tribute to place
Central Waters Brewing Company sprang forth amidst the migratory marshes and natural wonders of Central Wisconsin from a thirst for fine-crated ales. Here we toil in the ethical spirit of Leopold, create with the beauty and flair of Wright, barrel-age with the poetic patience of Niedecker, and pay homage with the profound sense of Muir. For beer and virtue are their own rewards.
