It has a very beautiful amber color. Its nose evokes exotic fruits, mango, grapefruit, and strawberry. On the palate, its aroma is malty and hoppy at the same time, the latter reminiscent of orange marmalade, apricot, bergamot, and again strawberry.
Brewed with rye malts, fermented in French oak puncheons with a blend of house cultures from both of our homes and finished with a soft, noble dry-hop before being bottle conditioned for several months and shared with you.
