Coal Pick crafts Premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey with an unwavering commitment to quality and tradition. Nestled on an historic 4000 acre farm in Paradise, Kentucky, our distillery draws on the region’s rich heritage and pristine natural resources – including limestone filtered water essential to true Kentucky bourbon. We specialize in single barrel and very small batch expressions, aged slowly in hand selected barrels to develop deep character and complexity.
