  Bottling date: 12/09/2019 We macerated summer raspberries from the Ferme Framboos on 3 Fonteinen lambik; the final fruit intensity is 333 grams of raspberries per liter. No lambik was added while bottling. The activity that was still in the fruit lambik created a soft sparkle.
