Thereâs nothing harsh about this one yâall. We took our time cold hopping this one in the Pacific Northwestern style, reminiscent of Washington and Oregon hop profiles, with a cold touch of piney Rocky Mountain air on the nose. Smooth might be the most apt descriptor for this mountain of an IPA.
