Surrounded by centuries old farm fields, Field & Sound is distilled and matured on the bluffs of the Long Island Sound. The bucolic North Fork of Long Island is home to dozens of pre-revolutionary family-owned working farms that have been blessed with loamy soils and a microclimate that extends their growing season.
