Beer Description
A bright, juicy west coast IPA that stays focused on the hops and balances dank, greener notes with the citrus and fruit driven leanings of new wave hops.
We love our new world hops, so of course we dry hopped with more than 3 lbs per barrel of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Citra for this prototypical west coast IPA. For the malt bill we stuck to our go to of 2-row, vienna, and carapils, but added a bit of acid malt to give the neon a touch of acidity. What we ended up with is a bright, juicy west coast IPA that stays focused on the hops and balances dank, greener notes with the citrus and fruit driven leanings of new wave hops.
