Sour Ale · 4.0% ABV
This beer utilizes Passionfruit and guavas from our tree in the parking lot. 30% is aged in red wine barrels and 70% is aged in stainless steel. The beer is fermented with our house cultures that contain lactobacillus, pediococcus, and brettanomyces. -
Highland Park Timbo
Pilsner · 5.8% ABV
We used more German influenced hops in the kettle which gives the beer a softer bitterness and a nice floral and earthy hop base. We then used Mosaic and Citra for dry hopping to bring out the tropical west coast flavors -
