Beer Description
We matured this beer for over three months in French-coopered oak barrels from the Ransom Winery & Distillery in Sheridan, Oregon. The barrels originally were used for maturing their Pinot Noir, then used to age the distillery’s WhipperSnapper Oregon Spirit Whiskey for an average of one year.
