Beer Description
We here in SF are fortunate to get our water straight from Hetch Hetchy Reservoir in Yosemite. We love our water, and we love our hops. So, we took our Hefeweizen grain bill with 50% Wheat and added 31lbs of hops! A bold citrus aroma guides your palate through the crisp, grapefruit bitterness that dominates this not-so-traditional, session IPA.
