Brewed with pilsner malt, wheat and rye and hopped with Citra Pure Leaf (course fraction bract) and a generous amount of Crystal.
Crystal Ship is an oak-fermented, mixed-culture Saison. This was the first beer brewed into our newest oak tank built by the good folks at Foeder Crafters in St. Louis.
