Expect tropical notes, along with stone fruit, melon
Saison brewed with flaked and malted rye and hopped exclusively with Ella. Fermented with saiso yeast in a cognac foudres before tansferred to puncheons and aged on Brett. Dry hopped with Ella.
Aged in the same barrel it fermented in for four months, allowing the brett character to take hold and producing a touch of acidity to balance the oak and hops.
