Beer Description
Our kriek is a true “sonomablt” in every sense. We blended alt-bier with bavarian rye and fermented with wild yeast from sour cherries into zinfandel oak, and then aged for 6 months. The final blend with our dark wheat ensures that each bottle is conditioned properly to create the beer you now have in your hands. It is completely natureal and handcrafted with the upomos quality.
