Our estate wheat, grown behind the brewhouse barn, was custom malted into chocolate wheat for this stout. Conditioned atop single-origin Cacao Nibs from Haiti, Ghana, and Ecuador, along with hand-processed, Madagascar vanilla beans.
Impressions of dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and roasted malt.
