FRUITY, LIGHT, EFFERVEVESCENT. For this summer saison, the saison yeast is complemented by restrained additions of hibiscus, lemon peel, and grains of paradise to make for a slightly tart brew with notes of pear, cherry, and red currant. This balanced, light bodied, and bubbly beer has a subtle pink hue from the hibiscus and is sure to be refreshing as the weather starts to warm.
