Beer Description
Fermented with our house kölsch yeast for a dry profile and charismatically dry hopped with fresh Mosaic and more El Dorado. Lagered for a short while for clarity and an extra crisp finish. Carbonated for pathological levels of fizz.
This IPA avoids the partisanship of east coast/west coast divisions, and instead delivers a best of both worlds profile. Brewed with a specialty barley that tastes like honey wafers, and bittered moderately with fresh El Dorado hops in the kettle. Fermented with our house kölsch yeast for a dry profile and charismatically dry hopped with fresh Mosaic and more El Dorado. Lagered for a short while for clarity and an extra crisp finish. Carbonated for pathological levels of fizz. Just over 6% ABV for long afternoon sessions. Drink this beer.
