Beer Description
The tradition of pairing stout with oysters dates back centuries to the pubs of England, where the abundance of these shellfish was so great that they were once consumed like so many bar peanuts. The briny bivalves provided a perfect counterpoint for the dark roasted malts of the oft imbibed stouts of the day. For our Oyster Stout we’ve taken it one step further to create this magical union right in the brewhouse with the addition of fresh Gulf Oysters directly to our kettle.
