This 5.0% German-style light-bodied Pilsner, created with premium hand-shaved Australian black truffles, combines aromatics of black truffle and baked pear.
Created with premium Australian black truffles, hand-shaved by Brewmaster Jared Rouben, this German-style Pilsner’s aromatics combine fresh black truffle and baked pear with subtle notes of toasted pilsner malt. The flavor profile marries that of a traditional German-style Pilsner with one of the most sought-after culinary ingredients in the world. It is recommend to pour the beer at around 48 degrees, not overly chilled, and let the temperature naturally rise, opening the beer’s flavors and aromatics.
